Privacy

Privacy

PrintDates has no accounts, no sign-ups and no email gates. You never need to tell us anything to print a schedule.

What stays on your device

Your choices are saved in your browser's local storage: your time zone, checklist ticks (the holiday movies you've watched), calendar settings such as your first payday, and the brackets and squares you fill in. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Measurement

We count visits to learn which schedules people use and what to make next. Two tools do the counting, and neither builds a profile of you or sells anything:

  • PostHog counts page views and a few actions: printing, downloading a PDF, adding a calendar, saving a wallpaper or a pin, and picking a search result (with the words you searched). It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and drops your IP address once it has worked out your country.
  • Google Analytics counts visits and the same actions. To tell a returning visit from a new one it sets its own cookies, except in the EU, the UK and Switzerland, where it stores nothing and sends only cookieless signals.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, neither one runs.

Calendars you add

When your calendar app checks an added schedule for changes, it fetches it from our server like any web page. That doesn't tell us who you are.
