2028 year-at-a-glance poster with room to write in every day

Printing it big

Download the 18 × 24 or 24 × 36 in PDF and take it, or upload it, to a print shop: Staples, FedEx Office or your local copy shop. The poster is black ink on white with no fills, so ask for a black-and-white engineering or blueprint print, the least expensive large-format print and plenty sharp for a calendar. Have it printed at actual size (100%), on matte paper if you'll write on it with a pen.

Both are standard poster sizes, so ready-made frames and clip hangers fit. At home, the Letter or A4 PDF prints the same year on one page.

Which size

What's on it

All twelve months of 2028, three across and four down, with weeks from Mondayand the ISO week number at the start of each week. The 11 US federal holidays are named on the day federal offices close; one that falls on a weekend is named on its own date too. Weekdays are set semibold and weekends light, so the weeks read at a distance.

Weeks from Sunday instead? Here is the 2028 poster with Sunday weeks. For the holidays' dates, long weekends and a one-page calendar, see the 2028 calendar.
